Key Responsibility:
  • Manage research and development programs to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on potential new products.
  • Oversees complex research projects such as analyze consumer data, testing product builds, designing and implementing surveys, due diligence or feasibility study, and reviewing market research.
  • Analyze and test about the existing products in order to discover ways to improving and updating the products, or analyze about existing product relevancy to the market trends.
  • Analyze results of the research regarding how many percentages of success and failed on every project.
  • Ensure and controlling the quality of the products.
  • Provides recommendations based on findings, considering the result of research, data, and market trends.

Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Business Management or Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 5 years proven experiences as Research and Development.
  • Experienced with product research, product development, and product update.
  • Experienced to analyze relevancy of products compare with market trends.
  • Experienced to analyze the result of the projects, controlling quality, and providing recommendation based on findings to management.
  • Experienced in managing own business or R&D in start-up company.
  • Excellent in English Strong analytical, innovative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to join immediately.
  • Placement in Jakarta.

Key Responsibility:

  • Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials.
  • Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
  • Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready.
  • Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.
  • Builds strong relationship with government, media, and any related instances.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience creating targeted content of marketing material, builds relationship with media, and related instances.
  • Outstanding of communication practices and techniques.
  • Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Able to join immediately.

Key Responsibility:

  • Oversee all legal aspects both of company (internal), or client’s (external).
  • Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
  • Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.
  • Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
  • Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
  • Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues.
  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust.
  • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
  • Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
  • Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization.
  • Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility.
  • Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.

  • Proven experience as a Legal Manager in business environment.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
  • Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation.
