Key Responsibility:
Requirements :
- Manage research and development programs to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on potential new products.
- Oversees complex research projects such as analyze consumer data, testing product builds, designing and implementing surveys, due diligence or feasibility study, and reviewing market research.
- Analyze and test about the existing products in order to discover ways to improving and updating the products, or analyze about existing product relevancy to the market trends.
- Analyze results of the research regarding how many percentages of success and failed on every project.

Key Responsibility:
- Oversee all legal aspects both of company (internal), or client’s (external).
- Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
